OUTER SHELL
METHACRYLATE tube with incomparable characteristics of transparency and brilliance. Excellent
resistance to any climate, to weather agents and to aging; does not turn yellow, does not
corrodes, does not deteriorate; high stiffness and dimensional stability. Excellent chemical resistance to
most commonly used substances such as alkalis and weak acids, inks, cosmetics and
aliphatic hydrocarbons (oils and fats). Maximum continuous operating temperature 85-90┬░C. Thickness of
5mm tube outer diameter 70mm.
SIDE CLOSURES
Side closures in TAROPLAST material (Taromid A 280 MT6) 6.6 loaded at 50% (PA6.6+
50% F.V.) reinforced with fiberglass (Glow wire test 960┬░) Each closure is made of two parts
Separates that, when the locking screws are tightened, compress the gaskets against the
methacrylate tube, thus obtaining effective protection against water infiltration and
powder.
GASKETS
BAYER silicone-based O-RING sealing gaskets in red color. Particularly suitable for
used in environments with a high temperature range (from -60┬░C to 180┬░C), this seal, thanks to the
its stability over time, guarantees a reliable seal.
INTERNAL SUPPORT
Reflective aluminum screen for maximum light output, with support function
converter (where provided) and LED modules.

LED LIGHTING MODULES
The modules are essentially made up of multiple LED-type emitters with shapes, dimensions and
provisions to optimize luminous uniformity in relation to heat dissipation. the type of
coloring adopted, instead of fluorescent lamps with white or very white light
normally used, it has a color temperature of 6500 ┬░K.
Life of 50,000 hours (at 25┬░C) against 8-10,000 hours of fluorescent tubes or 500-2000 hours of
halogen lamps.
Completely insensitive to frequent ignition (a factor that significantly limits the duration of
fluorescent tubes)
Instant ignition (without warm-up times) at any operating temperature (from
-30┬░C to +40┬░C) with no starting currents (oversizing is avoided
power lines or any power transformers)
Light output of more than 50% of fluorescent tubes because the light emission has an angle of
120┬░ against that of the fluorescent system, which is 360┬░, therefore, all the luminosity is used for
illuminate the affected area without dispersion of light into the external environment. This leads to a
significant savings in terms of energy consumption while maintaining the same degree of illumination
of the affected areas.
