The ABO Valve 35L4B 150 (6") is a triple eccentric butterfly valve featuring a wafer intermediate flange design suitable for installation between PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40, or ANSI B16.5 Class 150 and Class 300 flanges. Built to EN 593 design standards with a construction length complying with EN 558-1 basic series 20 (ISO 5752-20), this valve comes with a free wave end and a fire-safe design ensuring leak rate A tightness per EN 12266-1. The housing consists of cast steel 1.0625 (A216 WCB) with a 50-60μm protective coating. For this 6-inch size (DN150-600 range), the disc is manufactured from nitrided stainless steel 1.4027 (CA40). The metallic lamelar seat combines stainless steel 1.4401 (AISI316) with graphite, paired with a stainless steel 1.4021 (AISI 420) shaft and bolt. It operates within a temperature range from -29°C to 320°C, extendable to +400°C on request, and handles a pressure range up to 40 bar for DN150-200 sizes.
