The Absolent 1005907 is an A-Smoke 40 oil smoke separator featuring an integrated 7.5 kW fan motor operating at 400V, 50Hz, 3 phases, and 2900 rpm. Designed with three filtration stages—Filter Stage 1 with 24 m² surface area, Filter Stage 2 with 25.5 m², and a HEPA Filter Stage 3 with 56.4 m²—this unit handles a maximum air volume of 4000 m³/h and a max raw gas load of 150 mg/m³. It includes an electronic manometer to measure differential pressure per stage, an integrated operating hours counter, and a 3-color LED alarm display. The system features an integrated oil return pump with a 3/4" standard connection, a level switch for oil monitoring, and NBR sealing material. It is equipped with a standard control cabinet containing a main switch, soft starter for the fan, float control for the pump, I/O buttons, and indicator lights. Finished in RAL 7035 light grey fine structure paint with dimensions of 3485 x 1130 x 1112 mm.
