The valve incorporates a centrically mounted flap disc with a spherical seat and an AISI 420 stainless steel shift shaft mounted in a socket with a Delrin bearing bush. It utilizes an EPDM housing lining with flange seals molded on both sides, which holds DVGW drinking water approval in blue RAL 5015. Constructed with a U-shaped flange housing matching flange hole standards in accordance with DIN 2501, PN 16, and suitable for VS flanges in accordance with DIN 2633-C, the assembly follows construction length EN 558-1, series 20 (DIN 3202-3, K1). It operates via manual transmission, supporting a maximum nominal pressure of 12 bar and a temperature range from -20°C up to +110°C.
