DELTA-OW/C Strainer basket filter by Airpel

The Airpel DELTA-OW/C is a double strainer basket filter featuring an inline design with DN80 inlet and outlet, drilled according to PN16 (EN1092-1). Built with a cast iron EN-JL 1030 housing and a volume of 13 liters, this unit handles a maximum allowable pressure (PS) of 16 bar and a maximum permitted temperature (TS) of 50°C. It is equipped with stainless steel 1.4408 switchover valves featuring Ni/PTFE coating, metallic seals and bearings, stainless steel 1.4305 internal machine parts, a stainless steel 1/2" BSP drain plug, and FPM sealing material. The assembly includes one stainless steel 1.4571/1.4401 strainer basket type OV/OW-3" per filter chamber with a fineness of <= 50 µm and a filter area of 718 cm². The empty weight is 85 kg. Conformity is assessed according to Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU under Article 4, paragraph 3 ('good engineering practice') for fluid group 2 liquids, without CE marking or TÜV approval. Documentation includes operating instructions in German via PDF.
