The Alsident 12142 Type 100-55-3-6 extraction arm system features a length of 550 mm and two joints, designed for mounting with a ceiling bracket or the new wall bracket (Article 16071). It provides a reach of 795 mm and a tube diameter of 100 mm, with a recommended airflow rate of 140 to 400 m³/h. Both the pipes and joints are constructed from black conductive polypropylene (PP). For practical operation, the unit includes an integrated damper and a grounding cable, while threaded rods, springs, and thumbscrews are made of acid-resistant stainless steel (AISI 316L). This extraction arm is tested for use in ESD areas according to IEC 61340-5-1, DIN VDE 0303 Part 30, and IEC 61340-4-1. Furthermore, it is certified for use in EX areas according to EN 13463-1:2001 and IEC 61340-4-1:2003 under the ATEX Directive 94/9/EC with the marking EX II 1 GD.
