The AMARC SRL (now IRCA) RC345H47/3M is a horizontal flanged industrial heater designed to heat air within a fluid operating setup. Built for a design pressure of 58 bar and a working pressure of 49 bar, this unit operates within a design temperature range of 0 to 40°C. It features an installed power of 4 kW at 400 V across 1 power step, utilizing a delta electrical connection. The assembly includes an EN-100-PN16 tubesheet made of ASTM A105 material and 6 heating elements constructed from AISI 321 stainless steel, measuring 12.50 mm in diameter with a 0.70 mm sheath thickness. The total length of the immersed part is 1200 mm, supplemented by a 100 mm neutral length. Housed in a carbon steel junction box with an IP 55 degree of protection suitable for safe areas, the heater incorporates 12 baffles and operates with a specific load of 0.77 W/cm2 in accordance with the 2014/35/UE Low Voltage directive.
