The AQSEPTENCE GROUP DM PM 30 pump is a double membrane piston unit featuring hydraulic membrane control and flow self-regulation based on operating pressure. It delivers a capacity of 0 to 30 mc/h and an operating pressure of 0 to 15 bar. Powered by a standard 18.5 kW motor at 400/3/50 V/Ph/Hz with a 24 Vdc auxiliary voltage, the pump includes a perlitic cast iron body, spheroidal cast iron pump body, gear reducer with rectified gears in an oil bath, and a crankshaft transmission with a protective housing. It is equipped with PED certified pulsation compensation tanks featuring a control pressure gauge, suction and discharge manifolds, and an air replenishment system. The unit incorporates polyethylene suction and discharge ball valves with a cast iron core, Vulkollan valve seats, neoprene rubber membranes, and a synthetic rubber double-lip piston with a chromium-plated carbon steel jacket. Accessories include two 24-liter discharge compensation tanks, one 24-liter suction compensation tank, a 0-25 bar analog pressure gauge with a 1/2" connection, a 7/20 bar safety pressure switch, and an electric alarm device for membrane breakage. Painted in RAL 5021 DMPC01, the approximate dimensions are 2.1 x 1 x 2.5 meters, delivered on a pallet with shrink wrap.
