The ASTEEL RHU01G is a reflex multi-voltage relay designed for reliable industrial automation tasks. Featuring a self-extinguishing fiberglass-filled polycarbonate housing with IP 66 watertightness, this device operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +60°C. It functions on a flexible power supply of 20 to 260 V AC/DC with an approximate consumption of 1 VA or 40 mA. The unit utilizes modulated infrared emission, providing an 8-meter range on an 84 mm reflector (ref. WAB 480) for the RHU model, and a 70 cm range for the SHU model. Sensitivity is easily adjustable via a potentiometer with a removable button located on the top of the device. Output is handled by a 3A/250 VAC relay on a resistive load, backed by a response time of 15ms to blackout and 15ms on recovery. Visual status is provided by two lights on the top and front, illuminated with passing beams. It connects via a detachable connector and mounts directly using M4 screws or the supplied bracket.
