AF003 Electronic level sensor by Autosen

The Autosen AF003 is an electronic level sensor utilising guided microwave technology for continuous monitoring in industrial applications. Designed with a G3/4M process connection and a probe length ranging from 100 to 1600 mm, it operates on a direct voltage of 18 to 30 V DC. It is suited for water-based cooling lubricants, oils, and water-like media with a dielectric constant greater than 2, though oils require a coaxial tube. The unit features programmable switching outputs (PNP, max. 200 mA), scalable 4...20 mA and 0...10 V analog outputs, and IO-Link communication. Materials in contact with the medium include V4A stainless steel, Tesnit, FKM, and PTFE. The sensor withstands container pressures from -1 to 16 bar and medium temperatures between 0 and 80 °C (up to 90 °C for under 1 hour), offering an IP67 protection rating.
