The 1001-GC-N-36-SV-CB-HEP-36 is a 1/4-inch cast globe control valve (Type RC 200 / 807) featuring a 316 stainless steel body and a standard 316 stainless steel bonnet. It is equipped with 1/4" NPT female threaded mechanical connections and a TFE CV-ring spindle seal. The internal trim includes a size 'H' equal percentage plug and seat made of 316 stainless steel, delivering a Cv of 0.13 and a Kvs of 0.11. Actuation is handled by an aluminum Type 755 pneumatic actuator (ATC). This unit also includes an SRD 991 I/P converter supporting a 4-20 mA signal with EEx ia IIC T6 protection. Dow 111 silicon assembly grease is used.
