The Baelz 340-093 is a through-way control valve with a cooling tube and bellows (model 340-B.K-SS, DN 32, PN 16, Kvs 16), paired with a motorized linear actuator for modulating control (model baelz 373-E45-40-15-S21-230). Designed specifically for thermal oils, the valve features a nodular cast iron housing (GJS-400-18-LT - 5.3103), stainless steel internal parts, and a spindle seal consisting of a stainless steel bellows and safety stuffing box. It handles temperatures and pressures up to 350°C at 10.2 bar and down to -50°C at 16 bar, with a maximum allowable pressure drop of 16.0 bar, a 22 mm valve stroke, a 10 mm spindle diameter, and an approximate weight of 12.8 kg. The 230 V 50/60 Hz electric actuator provides a 4000 N thrust force, 3-point input signal, IP 65 protection, manual override, a yellow plastic cover, and an approximate weight of 8 kg.
