The Baratti 200 838V - ATMOS D/V 50 Var.0109 (KR and direct) compactor is a rotary lobe blower stage with a free shaft end, delivered completely assembled and tested. This gas-tight unit features immersion oil lubrication with spray discs and cylindrical roller bearings on both sides. Shaft sealing utilizes RWDR Viton, while the compressor room is sealed with piston rings. It includes an oil-layered double shaft seal on the drive shaft and a relief hole over greater than 10 mm stainless steel pipes returned to the suction or pressure side depending on the application. The system operates within a speed range of 650 to 3100 rpm, delivering a suction rate volume of 550 to 6100 cubic meters per hour. It handles a pressure range of 0 to 1.2 bar in continuous operation and 0 to 1.6 bar intermittently, alongside a vacuum range of 0 to -0.6 bar in continuous operation, extendable from -0.6 bar with external cooling.
