The BISON BST-72-30 is a three-section mega top sandwich unit offering 22.6 cu. ft. of storage capacity. Designed with durable 430 stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, this commercial refrigeration unit features a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system powered by an R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/2 HP compressor. It includes three self-closing stainless steel doors and three adjustable plastic-coated steel shelves for organized storage. The unit accommodates up to thirty 1/6 size pans, making it highly efficient for food preparation environments. Temperature is easily managed via an integrated thermostat control. Mobility is provided by four casters, with the two front casters locking for stability during operation. Operating on a standard 115v/60/1 electrical supply with a NEMA 5-15P plug, the BST-72-30 is cETLus and NSF certified.
