The BHT 25 TQ-WE +DBS +VH /#1998 is a fully assembled and tested hydraulic unit featuring the IMPX-25 system. Powered by compressed air at a primary pressure of 2 to 6 bar, it utilizes the BLP 125/ 25 /# 2900 hydraulic pump to generate an adjustable hydraulic pressure of 48 to 144 bar through the air inlet pressure. This unit is equipped with a control and mounting block, a hydraulic 4/3 directional valve, a DBS-BHT hydraulic pressure limiter pre-adjusted to 100 bar, a pneumatic full lifting safety valve set at 3.5 bar, a TQ hydraulic piston flow divider, an oil return filter, and an oil filler and aeration filter. It also includes a separately packaged service unit designed for installation in a hydraulic cabinet. The system is supplied completely assembled but without oil filling, requiring approximately 11 litres of HLP46 mineral oil.
