The 231191 (ALTH 100/15K) is a heavy-duty wheel featuring a die-cast aluminum wheel body and a high-quality polyurethane elastomer tread, Blickle Extrathane®, with a hardness of 92 Shore A. Designed for high performance, this wheel provides low rolling resistance, very high abrasion resistance, and high cut and tear resistance. The light brown tread is traceless and prevents contact discoloration, while offering a very good chemical connection with the wheel body and high chemical resistance to many aggressive media. With a wheel diameter of 100 mm and a width of 40 mm, it supports a load capacity of 350 kg at 4 km/h. It is equipped with a ball bearing, a 15 mm axle hole diameter, and a 45 mm hub length. The operating temperature resistance ranges from -20 °C to +70 °C, and briefly up to +90 °C, noting that load capacity is reduced at temperatures over +40 °C.
