The British Encoder 15S-60-M1-2048-NC-HV-R-5V-G2-ST-IP64 is an incremental shaft encoder designed to deliver high performance in a low-profile package. This unit features a 6 mm durable stainless steel shaft, a precision bearing set, and a 3-hole 28 mm BC servo mount. Operating on a 5 VDC input voltage, it provides 2048 pulses per revolution with a line driver output type and an index gated to the falling edge of B. Connection is established via a radial 2-meter cable. With an IP64 sealing rating and a standard operating temperature range of 0° to 70° C, this encoder has no commutation. It is ideal for servo motor control, robotics, medical diagnostic equipment, specialty assembly machines, digital plotters, printers, and typesetting equipment.
