The Buhnen KS1200M is a 1.2-meter heated hose featuring a TPE corrugated hose with the BÜHNEN logo and a black outer braid. It is equipped with reinforced polyamide hard caps and safety plugs for both the device and head connector. The pressure hose is rated T1, delivering an operating pressure of 160 bar at 200 °C, with a maximum operating temperature of 200 °C. The inner tube has a diameter of 8 mm within a total diameter of 34 mm, and it utilizes a PT 100 temperature sensor. Operating on a supply voltage of 230V AC 50/60 Hz with an approximate heating power of 160 W, the unit includes a 14-pin AMP connector on the device side and a 7-pin Harting socket on the gun side. Both sides feature DKJ 9 / 16-18 fittings.
