CAT-230V Analogue universal thermostat by Calectro

The Calectro CAT-230V is an analogue universal thermostat designed for single-stage temperature control within a range of -10 to +50° C, making it suitable for applications such as underfloor heating and frost protection. It operates on a supply voltage of 230 V AC and features a potential-free relay output (16 A, 250 V). The unit is backwards compatible, supporting both Pt1000 and NTC sensors (including Calectro types 22, 33, 44, 55, and 99). In practice, the adjustable hysteresis of 1 to 10° C allows precise switching control around the target value, while fine-tuning is available from -5 to +5° C. The CAT-230V also incorporates an energy-saving feature that reduces the set point by 4° C when specific terminals are short-circuited. For operational monitoring, the device includes status LEDs indicating power, sensor faults, and relay activation. Housed in an IP20 standard enclosure measuring 52.5 x 86 x 62 mm, the thermostat is designed for DIN rail assembly.
