The Cardev 2S-500B is a workshop-use filter system designed for oil volumes up to 1,000 l. Built with a powder-coated steel construction, this system features a self-priming gear pump, an overpressure protection mechanism, and a manometer display for operational monitoring. It includes a pre-filter unit with a washable filter element alongside two ultra-fine filter units (SDU-H8) complete with two SDFC filter elements. The unit achieves an average filtration capacity of 240 l/h at 40 cSt. For operational flexibility, it provides a transfer function that allows oil production without filtration. Equipped with 6 m suction and return hoses with quick couplings, the system operates with a starting viscosity of max 1,000 cSt and a filtration viscosity below 200 cSt. Electrical components are protected to an IP 55 rating.
