The CEIA Metal Detector PD 240 is a digital hand-held metal detector fully compliant with NIJ 0602.02 standards, designed for both indoor and outdoor use. It features a 240mm detection width and the ability to reject floor rebars, allowing for effective inspection at foot level without any sensitivity reduction. This model offers very long battery life with no battery replacement necessary, utilizing two rechargeable AA NiMH 1.2V 2500mAh batteries. The device is fully programmable through a USB interface, including optical alarm signaling with continuous or proportional modes, acoustical alarm signaling with continuous or proportional modes, and alarm vibration. Additionally, it supports synchronization with adjacent PD240 units up to a distance of 20cm. The PD 240 comes complete with a docking station (HHDS), external power supply adapter, wrist lace, reference test object, and paper package.
