The Chalmit EV2D/250/MS/B1 is a robust Zone 1 floodlight designed for hazardous environments, featuring marine grade aluminium (LM6) construction and a flat toughened glass lens. It operates with a 250 Watt SON/MBI tubular lamp utilising an E40 base and includes a wide beam reflector. Powered by internal copper iron control gear, the unit is factory tapped to 230V 50Hz with a voltage range of 220, 230, 240, and 254V 50Hz. Designed for stirrup mounting with M20 entries, it accommodates a 3 core 6mm² max conductor with looping. Certified with Baseefa04ATEX0155X and IECEx BAS 05.0045X II 2 GD Ex d e mb IIB Gb, T3, T175°C, it is rated for ambient temperatures from ‐20°C to +55°C and offers IP66/67 ingress protection to EN 60529.
