The Chroma 19052 is a versatile 3-in-1 electrical safety tester designed to perform AC, DC, and insulation resistance (IR) testing. This instrument provides a programmable output voltage of up to 5 kV AC and 6 kV DC, along with a programmable trip current of up to 30 mA AC and 10 mA DC. It features insulation resistance measurement up to 50 Gohm at 1000 V DC. For comprehensive testing reliability, the unit includes open circuit and short circuit testing (OSC), a built-in FI circuit breaker, and advanced ARC detection to identify insulation punch-through. Operators can store up to 50 test setups with 100 steps per setup. Communication is supported via a standard RS-232 interface, with an optional GPIB interface available for system integration.
