The Comer AX -100K.4 is a 4-pole industrial electric motor engineered for continuous S1 service, delivering an output power of 12 kW at a rated voltage of 380 V and frequency of 90.8 Hz. It achieves a nominal speed of 2680 r.p.m. with a maximum mechanical speed of 3600 r.p.m., producing a rated torque of 42.8 Nm and a rated current of 27.5 A. Built in a B3/B5 construction form with both feet and a 250 mm diameter flange, the unit features a 38 x 80 mm shaft size with whole key balancing and vibration degree A. It is equipped with standard ball bearings, Class F insulation, and an anti-rust, anti-mould AC46 stator impregnation. Cooling is managed by an IC416A axial fan blower operating at 400V. Additional features include a sheet metal terminal box positioned on the right control side, two Klixon heat protectors, a 458.12N V24 F25 Nm46 brake with a manual release mechanism, and a polyurethane black RAL 9005 finish.
