The Continental Disc HPX-90 (FS) is a special 3-inch (80mm) gas and liquid rupture disc manufactured per SC16179A0001. Constructed with a 316L stainless steel disc and a 316L stainless steel outlet ring, this component features a special restricted crown height designed to mate with CD15537. It has a rated burst pressure of 1 barg at 50 degrees C, with a specific manufacturing range of 0.9 to 1.2 barg at 50 degrees C. The assembly complies with ASME Section XIII and carries a UD Stamp, along with a CE Mark required and manufacture per MP-7007 4.2.1 B. It provides a minimum net flow area of 4768 mm2, with Krl value of 0.38 and Krg value of 0.29. Additional documentation includes NB Cert M75596 and M75585, and it is built to perform a liquid relief test per MP-7003.
