The Controlleur 10069053 (PSGs-SH-Z1-30") is a Type PSG's 50 Premium scissor cutting knife holder operated by compressed air (DBP). Designed for cutting widths starting from 50 mm for paper cuts, this unit features a holder attached to a stable dovetail adapter. It is equipped with a shear angle plate (DBGM) at 30 degrees for easy shear angle detection, and an adjustable depth adjustment operating in 0.15 mm steps for quick and exact overlap depth adjustment. For enhanced safety, it includes a 360-degree safety hand protection (DBGM) offering all-round blade protection to reduce accident risks. The assembly features a vertical stroke of 20 mm and a horizontal stroke of 1.5 mm, a compressed air connection with a vertical hose length of 400 mm, a cutter head positioned on the left, and web entry from the front. It is supplied without a plate knife and includes a transport cover.
