The Cuccolini GRM 1200 1/Y is a Virto Ceramics vibrating screening system engineered for screening at the mill drain in enamel coating lines. Constructed from micropellated AISI 304 stainless steel, this complete unit features a VSB 1200 1/Y vibrating screen equipped with a sieving net, a bolted-closure clamping ring, a band featuring a 100x40mm drain, a ring network with a work net (light mesh to be confirmed upon ordering), and a bottom with a D140 drain. The assembly is installed on galvanized springs and a soft support flange. Powered by a 1.25 kW, 2-pole three-phase vibrator motor operating at 230/400V/50/60Hz, the system includes a rectangular tank with a magnetic bar ferrizer housing and a 2" pump. For operational mobility, the entire system is mounted on a four-wheeled trolley, which includes two swivel wheels, and is operated via an on/off control panel.
