Designed with a 1:1:1 connection ratio for each line, it links the male header, female header, and screw terminal block directly. Built for reliable operation, this breakout board has a rated voltage of 60V and a rated current of 1A per pin, functioning within an operating temperature range of -20ºC to 50ºC. It utilizes a miniaturized 3.81mm/0.15" pitch screw terminal block that accommodates a wire range of 26-16AWG with a 5mm strip length. The assembly features steel Cr3+ Zn plated M2 screws torqued to 0.2Nm (1.7Lb-In.), along with brass pin headers and cages. The hardware is mounted on a dual copper layer FR-4 fiber glass PCB.
