The Diemme Filtration BB00 / DM-PM 30 is a piston membrane pump featuring hydraulic control of the double membrane and self-regulation of flow based on operating pressure. It includes an electric alarm device for membrane breakage, a pearlitic cast iron body, an oil-bath gear reducer, belt transmission with a protective casing, certified PED pulsation dampers with a control manometer, suction and discharge manifolds, and an air replenishment system. The pump operates at a capacity of 0 to 30 mc/h and an operating pressure of 0 to 15 bar, powered by an 18.5 kW standard motor at 400/3/50 V/Ph/Hz with a 110 Vdc auxiliary voltage. Materials include a spheroidal cast iron pump body, carbon steel compensation dampers, synthetic rubber pistons with a double lip, and a chrome-plated carbon steel jacket. Suction and discharge ball valves are made of polyethylene with a cast iron core, paired with Vulkollan valve seats, a cast iron maximum emulsified oil valve, and neoprene rubber membranes. Instruments and accessories include two 24-liter discharge compensation dampers, one 24-liter suction compensation damper, a 0-25 bar analog manometer with a 1/2" connection, and a 7/20 bar safety pressure switch. The unit is painted in RAL 5021 DMPC01. Installation and the electrical panel are excluded.
