DLS-27XIM-11-C-RO-G-E30 Capacitive level limit sensor by Dinel

The DLS-27XIM-11-C-RO-G-E30 is a capacitive level limit sensor featuring a coated rod probe designed for the level measurement of electrically conductive liquids such as water via lateral installation in tanks or pipes. This intrinsically safe, explosion-proof version is built for use in mines with the occurrence of methane or coal dust, carrying the classification Ex I M2 Ex ia I Mb for use with intrinsically safe supply units. Parameterization is handled via two potentiometers. It operates on a supply voltage of 8-9 VDC with a NAMUR small stream output and an M12 -C electrical connection. The unit features a 30 mm electrode length, a G3/4" process thread, a 13 mm bar diameter with PTFE insulation, a wrench size of SW 36, a 1.4301 (AISI 304) housing material, and a 1.4404 (AISI 316L) probe material with an IP67 housing protection class. Temperature ranges include -40 to +100°C for the measured material, -20 to +80°C for ambient temperature, and -25 to +85°C for the thread.
