The Dr. Födisch PFM 92C is designed for filter monitoring and dust measurement in industrial applications. This unit consists of a stainless steel probe with a standard round profile immersion depth of 300 mm for channels and fireplaces without insulation, coupled with a probe head containing the evaluation electronics. Both the probe length and profile can be adjusted to match the channel diameter and dust content. It features two integrated limit switches with adjustable switching thresholds, four amplification levels for dust concentration adaptation, a 4 to 20 mA analog output, and digital signals for fault and limits 1 and 2. The PFM 92C operates on a 24 V DC, 110 V, or 230 V AC 50/60 Hz power supply, handling flue gas temperatures up to 280°C and ambient temperatures from -20 to +50°C. Mounting is achieved using a tri-clamp quick-release fastener on the mating flange.
