The Drago Automation ODEP-7 is an electromagnet system designed to hang over a conveyor belt in a cross-line placement for metal separation. The assembly includes a conveyor belt measuring 1100x30x30 mm featuring quality 3 E4500/3-3+2 with 8 vulcanized workshop-sealed anchors, a SIEMENS 4 kW 4 p 500 V 50 Hz motor gear group with a torque arm, and NSK INA-FAG bearings. The ODEP-7 electromagnet measures 968 x 938 x 483 mm with an approximate weight of 1200 Kg, providing a lift capacity of more than 30 Kg of iron depending on the iron piece surface and a Gauss Power of 500 at 350 mm. It features an aluminum wire coil insulated with a class H glass belt, glass-resin sheet mass insulation, a core made of soft iron with high permeability, and a stainless steel plate bottom seal with polar expansions. Protected to IP-65 and painted in RAL 7032, the system operates with a 400 V three-phase 50 Hz power supply, 75 V CC tension, and 4 Kw power. It includes type QE4500 electrical equipment featuring a 120A magneto-thermal power circuit breaker, 63A transformer-rectifier, and 40A engine magneto-thermal power.
