HCC-11 heating circuit monitoring module by Drews Electronic

The HCC-11 heating circuit monitoring module is designed for direct installation on semiconductor relays. This unit provides reliable oversight of heating circuits with selectable measurement ranges of 5, 10, 20, and 40 A. It features an adjustable alarm response delay ranging from 1 to 40 seconds, along with selectable self-alarm and high or low alarm configurations. A fault message LED indicates a high alarm status. The module includes a galvanically separated control input of 0 to 4/35V DC at a maximum of 4.7 mA, and operates on a 24V DC/AC operating voltage. The alarm output delivers a 0/24V DC bistable signal at a maximum of 100 mA. Measuring 83 x 66 x 35 mm, the HCC-11 is built to IP 20 and VGB4 protection classes for secure industrial integration.
