The VA-100-5/1.4571/1900 is an air outlet facility designed for pressurized enclosures. The outlet valve is made of min. 1.4404 (≈ AISI 316L) with a surface fine brushed finish. It includes a flange connection according to EN 1092-1:2007(D) Type 05 PN16 NW100 (formerly DIN 2527 NW100 PN16) and ANSI DN4” 150lbs, mountable in angle steps of 45°. The part incorporates an integrated particle and flame arrester, a sandstorm and splash-proof blow-out opening, and a built-in safety overpressure valve that opens at approximately 3000Pa (30mbar). It features an infinitely variable, wide range adjustable orifice and connections A, B, and P in stainless steel 1.4571 (≈ AISI 316Ti) as compression fittings for 10 mm outside diameter stainless steel tubes. Nominal diameter adjustment is secured via an adjustable orifice with a scale of 8 to 1 (corresponding to NW = 73 to 134 mm).
