The KES-7001 is an InSitu O2 probe featuring a sintered metal filter head with a V-shield and an immersion depth of 536 mm. Constructed from 1.4571 (316Ti) probe material, it handles flue gas temperatures up to 600 °C, pressures between 950 and 1050 mbar, and flow velocities from 0 to 20 m/s. It utilizes a zirconium oxide measuring principle operating at an 800 °C sensor temperature with an approximate 0.5 s response time. The unit integrates with the SME-7000 transmitter electronics housed in a RAL 6029 aluminum enclosure featuring a display. The system provides a 0 - 25 % O2 adjustable measuring range, 4 - 20 mA output, and IP66 / NEMA 4X protection for both the probe and transmitter. It supports a maximum 30 m connection distance via a plug-in connection and is operated via the multilingual ENOTEC REMOTE App or a digital input.
