The 100 DX/SX is a driven base module label dispenser featuring integrated electronics, eliminating the need for an external control cabinet. It achieves a controllable dispensing speed of up to 60 m/min. For practical operation, the unit incorporates pinch and pull rollers to ensure constant and uniform tension on the label web, securing transport even with die-cut backing paper. It accommodates a max. liner passage width of 100 mm and includes a 330 mm dispensing arm. The personalized dispensing unit can be rotated 90° with a corresponding deflection. Label sensing for non-transparent labels utilizes a fork light barrier with automatic reading of label length and backing material transparency. The unwind unit features a pendulum, deflection, and brake disc supporting label rolls with a max. outer diameter of 280 mm. The liner rewinder operates with a slip clutch and toothed belt. The system is controlled via an operator panel with a display, and is available in blue or gray housing colors.
