The Feritscope® FMP30 (Item # 605-026) is a compact handheld device designed for measuring ferrite content in austenitic or duplex steels utilizing the magnet-inductive method. Featuring easy device operation, this instrument includes a memory capable of storing up to 20,000 readings and supports up to 100 calibrated applications with tolerance limit monitoring. It offers a statistics display for common characteristic values, including the average value, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, minimum, maximum, and additional definable parameters for block and final results. Users benefit from a graphical measurement display presented as a histogram with a Gauss curve, a sturdy probe plug, and a large, high-contrast color display in an industry-standard design alongside a durable membrane keypad. The device supports multiple national languages and offers both battery or mains operation. Equipped with a USB interface for PCs and printers, the FMP30 comes bundled with a support CD containing FISCHER DataCenter software for analyzing and archiving measured values, plus PC-DATEX software for transferring data into Excel. The package also includes a carrying case, operating instructions, carrying strap, interface cable FMP/PC, USB driver, and a battery set.
