Designed for comprehensive testing, the unit supports up to 300 tests or products with sequence and test data identification, and includes test variants such as blockage, coarse, ramp, dump, and leak tests. Standard equipment features 16x24 volt active high programmable outputs, 12 programmable electrical inputs, 2 programmable pneumatic outputs, a manual pressure regulator, and automatic test setup. Operators benefit from selectable display views, high-resolution monitoring for both pressure and leak, a Maintenance Early Warning System (MEWS), and two front-panel programmable function buttons. Connectivity options include an RS232 port, a front-panel mounted USB port, and an optional Local Area Network port, alongside a front-panel mounted calibration port and two loose air line filters. The unit operates on 110VAC power.
