The GE Power SDP-SF100DP-M-80-44 Cleaning Sequencer is a robust control unit housed in an IP65 polycarbonate box, designed to manage industrial cleaning cycles and filter operations. This 230VAC 50/60 Hz system is equipped to drive up to 80 EV (external valves) with a 230V 50/60 Hz external EV output. Integrated with a DP card, the sequencer provides integrated pressure loss measurement on a 0-500 daPa scale, high and low DP alarms, and an active 4-20 mA measurement report. Cycles can be optionally controlled by PD. Additional operational features include 1 external start order for fan control with a preset cycle execution upon loss of enslavement, 1 standard compressed air external control, an accelerated walk T2A, and local manual operation through the select menu. Relay outputs include K1 for electrical fault report, electrical control of EVs, unclogging, and low DP alarm; K2 for sequencer transfer in cycle; and K3 for a high PD alarm report.
