The GENERI X12X1 XCW01 is an explosion-proof enclosure designed for hazardous areas classified as Zone 1 and 2, as well as Zone 21 and 22 (Product Group and Category II 2G / II 2D). Built with a black glass fiber reinforced polyester enclosure (RAL 9011) measuring 80 x 75 x 55 mm, it provides an IP66 enclosure protection degree and operates within an ambient temperature range of -35 °C to +40 °C. For internal wiring, it is equipped with 4 grey WAGO MINI terminal blocks (2 x 2.5 mm2, marked 1 to 4) and 1 yellow-green WAGO MINI PE terminal block (4 x 2.5 mm2, marked PE). Bottom entry access is facilitated by two black polyamide cable glands without cable strain relief: one M16 gland for 5 to 8 mm cable diameters and one M20 gland for 7 to 12 mm cable diameters. This unit features Ex eb IIC T6 Gb and Ex tb IIIC T85°C Db explosion proof protection.
