The KS Robot 1000 is an ideal compact device designed for glazing and lifting heavy, large-area glass, door and window panels, and facade parts, or for use as a hand-held device across a wide range of applications. Capable of handling loads up to 1,000 kg, it features a battery suction unit with four 24V high-capacity vacuum pumps and a powerful hydraulic system utilizing proportional technology. All lifting movements—including lowering, lifting, tilting, telescoping, and lateral offset—are operated via radio remote control. Movement speeds are adjustable using a potentiometer, enabling accurate and delicate insertion of glass and window elements. Power is supplied by a 2x12V battery system operating at a 230V / 50Hz charge voltage.
