The 02A541 PC1000 is a control unit component for the PC1000 Proxagard® system, which also requires a coupler and a customer-supplied antenna. The control unit interfaces with the coupler via a cable to detect electromagnetic field changes caused by personnel, machinery, or metal parts intruding into the guarded area. Upon detection, it opens a control relay and a safety relay in the Stop Output circuit to remove power, apply a brake, or perform safety functions. It includes a welded relay contact detection feature, an adjustable Warning Output, automatic tuning on initial power-up with maximum sensitivity default, and a secure keypad with an access code and keylock for altering settings. A bargraph displays the alarm point, field activity, and fault codes from the continuous self-check circuit.
