The Götting® HG G-19370ZC is an inductive steering sensor designed for the lane guidance of automated guided vehicles (AGVs). It features two horizontal coils for direct mounting on metal and operates with a reading height of 40 to 200 mm, featuring a nominal reading height of 60 mm that is adjustable via programmable gain (factory setting 60 mm / 100 mA). The sensor supports 5 programmable guide wire frequencies from 2 to 20 kHz usable simultaneously, a 100 Hz bandwidth, and a double-wire configuration from firmware version 1.07 onwards. It includes a CAN/CANopen® interface, a USB interface for configuration, and an additional input for a +24VDC incremental encoder. Furthermore, it supports 1 programmable frequency for an energy range of 25 kHz (20/25 kHz) for contactless power transfer paths. Built with an IP 64 rating for outdoor use in temperatures from -40°C to +50°C, it connects via three M12 circular connectors.
