PDFM51 Portable Doppler Flow Meter by Greyline

The Greyline PDFM51 is a portable Doppler flow meter designed for non-invasive flow measurement. It utilizes a PSE4 strap-on, single head ultrasonic sensor to measure pipes ranging from 0.5 inches to 180 inches. Housed in a portable ABS enclosure with a rugged IP67 carry case, the unit features a white, backlit matrix LCD and a built-in 5-key programmer for calibration. Operational performance is supported by adjustable sensitivity cutoff, keypad-adjustable damping, and signal strength indication. Powered by a built-in NiMH battery capable of up to 18 hours of operation, it includes an external charger supporting 100-240VAC power input. For data management, the meter is equipped with a fully programmable 300,000 point data logger, 4-20mA and USB outputs, and Windows-compatible Greyline Logger PC software. The complete kit includes the sensor cable, a PC4 sensor mounting kit with CC30 coupling compound and stainless steel clamps for pipes up to 32 inches, communication and power cables, and an installation and operation manual.
