The GT® 20L (2020000) is an industrial oil and emulsion mist separator equipped with an integrated fan and a 2.2 kW, 380-480V, 50/60Hz, 3-phase regulated motor (without frequency inverter). It features a three-stage filtration system consisting of Filter Stage 1 with 14.3, Filter Stage 2 with 11.7 m², and a HEPA Filter Stage 3 with 20.1 m². The unit includes a control cabinet, a 10-pin Harting connector for power supply and signal exchange, and a GT-Control-Unit that measures differential pressure per filter stage, displays filter status via pressure indication, operates an integrated hour meter, and regulates the fan. Designed for a maximum raw gas load of 15-20 mg/m³ and a maximum air volume of 2,000 m³/h, the system operates at a 70 dB(A) sound level. It features two NW 200 standard air inlet connections, an R 1 1/4" oil return connection, NBR sealing material, and a light gray RAL 7035 fine-structure paint finish. Dimensions are 699 x 854 x 1910 mm with a weight of 202 kg.
