The Haws 3482 is a freestanding drinking fountain designed for floor mounting, featuring a brushed stainless steel catch basin and a cylindrical pedestal made of hot-dip galvanized steel with a green powder-coated finish. Alternative colors are available upon request. It utilizes a polished chrome-plated brass bubbler with a mouth and splash guard, a swiveling lever valve, and a polished chrome-plated brass drain strainer. The angled water stream features a shell-shaped guard that prevents direct contact with the nozzle. All water-carrying components and copper materials are lead-free. An automatic pressure-regulating valve, housed within the wall-mounting frame, maintains pressure between 2.5 and 6 bar and includes an adjustment screw for the water stream height. Vandal-resistant components prevent removal without special tools. The fountain is activated via the swivel lever located below the catch basin and stands at a height of approximately 926 mm from the finished floor. It requires customer-supplied 1/2-inch water supply and drain connections.
