The Hbm 1-BM40PB ClipX signal conditioner is designed for complete bridges, half-strain gauges, piezoresistive and potentiometric transducers, standard signals, PT100, +/- 10V, +/- 20mA, and switchable 4-20mA inputs. Achieving an accuracy class of 0.01 for complete gauge bridges and 0.1 otherwise, it features a 19.2 kHz sample rate and a digital filter ranging from 0.02 to 3,000 Hz (-3 dB). This DIN rail-mounted module (IP20) includes 3 peak value memories, 4 limit value switches, configurable digital inputs and outputs, and a switchable analog output. It supports TEDS channel setting via a 0 and 1 wire connection (IEEE1451.4), 6 internal calculation channels, and PROFIBUS-DP DPV1 communication up to 12 Mbps. Up to 6 ClipX modules can be connected via the ClipX bus, and the unit includes an Ethernet interface, OPC-UA server, integrated web server, and internal measurement memory for up to 4000 values.
