The unit comes pre-mounted with a Rittal stainless steel housing, two P310121.NPT pneumatic valves, a 24VDC MNH310701 G NPT magnetic valve, a YTC 205BN210 filter regulator with manual emptying, a 1-10 bar 1/4" pressure switch, stainless steel 1/4" NPT faucets, stainless steel piping, and a mounting bracket for a Siemens Sipart PS2 positioner. It features a Siemens SIPART PS2 electropneumatic positioner (Type 6DR5622-0NN01-0AA0) with FOUNDATION Fieldbus connection, a stainless steel housing without viewing window, 1/2" NPT electrical and 1/4" NPT pneumatic connection threads, an analog output module for 4 - 20 mA position feedback, without limit value detector, and without explosion protection. The assembly is finished with a special C5 paint coating in capri blue (RAL 5019) and uses a 1/2" NPT air connection.
