The Hesch Automation 5422 1050 (HE 5422MR ∆p controller) is an industrial differential pressure controller with integrated measurement line cleaning, designed for use in industrial filter systems and for ∆p-dependent valve control. The cleaning work area is defined by upper and lower thresholds. Three 3/2-way valves are utilized for test line cleaning, allowing the input of a blowing time, an increased cleaning time, and an on-site cleaning interval, while the ∆p display and evaluation remain constant during the cleaning cycle. Operational status, malfunctions, cleaning, and high or low ∆p alarms are communicated via 4 potential-free relays. It features a 3-digit 7-segment display, 5 buttons, various LEDs, and a galvanically separated 4...20mA output. The unit includes a wide-range power supply for 100...240VAC and supports 24VDC supply. Communication is supported via an RJ10 jack to a PC interface.
