The HLU Type: HF R 75-16 D / DS (Part No. 367-010-040001) is a direct-drive centrifugal fan designed for single-sided air suction. Built with a housing and electric dissipative PPS-el wheel featuring back blades, all parts exposed to the exhaust air medium are plastic or plastic-coated for corrosion resistance. It features an injected and tightly welded design, a sealing ring at the shaft passage, a grease lock for the A-side engine mount, and a powder-coated steel plate fan frame for horizontal installation. The motor is disconnected from the airflow and overload-proof across its entire power range. It operates at 2870 rpm with a 3~ 230/400 V supply, 0.18 kW motor power, and 0.6 A rated current. The unit includes IP 55 motor protection, IE2 efficiency class, and ATEX certification (e II 2G Ex eb IIC T4 Gb / e II 3G Ex h IIB T3 Gc). Included accessories are suction and pressure side soft PVC cuffs with straps, plus a set of rubber vibration dampers.
